I thought the court described it well. He was sentenced to spend the rest of his life in prison. If he's alive, he needs to be in prison.

Besides, I don't think there is any such thing as temporary death. If the heart temporarily stops beating, he's not instantly dead. If it lasts long enough to kill the brain, then he's dead, and he's not coming back from that.

Did anyone notice that he has an symmetrical eye? One eye is noticeably different from the other? It's been my observation over many years, that a significant number of individuals convicted of murder (serial killers especially) have an asymmetrical eye? Not all of course, but a high percentage.
