I use it for personal use on the farm. The primary use is to maintain about 1200 feet of ditch banks and slopes along side of township road that I live on. When I bought it, I used it on my JD 955 upgraded to a 4400 then to 4410 had no problem handling it on any of these tractors. I now use it on the front of my JD 6210 (the 6210 was getting jealous with all the attention that i was giving the 4410), it is a lot easier to operate on the front end instead of the back.

The FL 40 head cuts 41". The company that builds the micro mower is located in West Jefferson, Ohio approximately 50 miles from Wright Patterson. They are also a ag dealer and should have some onsite. I am located 4 hours from Dayton on the eastern side of Ohio, but if in the neighborhood, drop on in. What used to take me 8-10 hours weed whacking, now takes me about 2 hours. Need I say more? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

If I were you I would get one of those sicklebar mowers that CCI has. If your roadside needs to be cleared of saplings, etc, that's why we have chainsaws. After that, it will do the job just fine and most economically. That's what I'm gonna do one of these days for cutting my lakeside. ( I have a Troybilt sicklebar that will easily cut 1" saplings.)
