I bought a Jinma 354 from Graham in Bolton and can vouch that he is a nice guy. He does change all the Chinese fluids and helped me with two problems: a bad injector and a starter problem. He got me a new injector and a new starter under warranty and talked me through installing them.
He also goes to China and orders his equipment directly from them, not through a US middleman. As far as I know he does not stock parts, but can get them to you quickly. I've been to his place in Bolton, a nice place and out of the way, but it is not a dealership lot in that sense, rather it is his house. He stores his equipment nearby in a larger building.
I'd recommend Bolton and Graham as a source. He's very personable and has done me well. Good luck!
