Why exactly does the EPA not allow replacement parts to be sold for this engine? It was emissions compliant at the date originally sold, right?
What other engines are they killing in this way?

Finally got it back together. After a few tweaks it started up and is running. I didn’t get the chance to do anything with it today but it sounds great.

Well the saga continues. Took it out this weekend to do some work. It ran great but noticed I had a coolant leak. Turns out that this part is cracked. Does anyone know what part # this is? Is it specific to this engine or would I be able to go to any tractor dealer and get one?
