Ceiling beams (non wood)

I'm working on our home building plans and we want to put ceiling beams in the great room and kitchen dining area. Recently there was a thread by a guy building his home and he found an economical source for faux beams made out of foam or some plastic. He had some pictures of them and they looked great. I cannot find his thread anywhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction or know his source? Thanks.
