Lost the fuel cap last year, have a bag and zip tie for a cap. Does the tank vent anywhere else? I know there used to be a couple guys in here that know theses girls inside out.

Might be a lot simpler to just buy a new fuel cap. I realize they are probably quite expensive through Case, but if you have the part number, I'm sure there are aftermarket one's out there for a lot less. If you don't have the part number, you should be able to find it@ Case Construction: Genuine Parts and Accessories for Agricultural Equipment and Assemblies | Case CE | MyCNHi US Store Hopefully the correct link will carry through. Select model at the very top of the page (hard to see), then enter your model number at left. Drilldown through the selections to find the fuel tank. Find the part number for the fuel cap, copy and paste to Google, and see if anything pops up. It's quite possible to find a good used one at a salvage yard too.
