Michigan Iron;

Your call on where and what the screw head was all about was nothing short of brilliant. You nailed it for me. I went to the exact location you described and was able to see the linkage you had described. Needing a bit better view, I elected to remove the suspension seat and a steel inspection cover beneath the seat deck to get up close and personal. There it was, a hole with half a bolt barely connecting hydraulic linkage for the three point lift up/down control absent the barrel or Allen socket head screw or small bolt. W/o the entire bolt that linkage was destined to work itself out and I could have had problems with the three point not being able to pick up or set down rear blower.

I'm sure glad I posted this thing rather than just disregard it like I might otherwise do. I'm even happier you took the time to solve this mytery for me. I never would have located that thing in that obscure of a place. With a replacement bolt, We have been able to eliminate a future problem.

Kioti has some fine dealers out there and we are lucky to have you guys here on TBN.

According to my parts book that bolt is #T2350-39251. I'll be calling tomorrow to see if you can order one for me. Thanks a million and great job MichiganIron.

rim (muttering to self, Wow, I'm lucky)

I thought that looked familiar so I went out and looked around on the tractor. The only place I found those was just behind the fuel filter on the, (for lack of a more accurate term) the valve that connects to the implement lift control lever. I can't imagine how it could break. I did found find a mouse crawling around the tractor too. Hopefully not for long. I hope this helps.

Jwease,

In rereading this thread and your post in particular, it appears as though you were right on target also. Initially I had checked a bolt down lower and closer to the fuel filter. Thanks to you for your observant call also.

Well at least they are small,couldn't hold much,but if they sheared must be something that moves. I found a bolt or two,brass looking ones,that I'm sure came off my ck30,about 1/4 or so,but looked and looked and could not find a hole,one things for sure if its important we will both know where they came from before long.

I noted the four bolts beneath the seat fit that description as do several around and holding inspection plates on the ck20
