CA-40 Fuel Additive-What will it really do?

Has anyone ever had any experience using a universal fuel additive called CA-41? It is advertised to work in diesel and gasoline engines to increase horsepower & MPG, improve combustion efficiency and fuel lubricity in diesel engines. Reduce emissions dramatically. It is designated for use in petroleum & bio-diesel, gasoline and E-85. What is this stuff? What will it actually do out in the field in trucks and farm equipment? Does anyone know?

Looks to be rather expensive to me. Personally I would stick with a additive from a company with a long history and a good reputation.
