I wonder how fast I could go if I drop it down with the hydro in neutral. and could I leave a rooster tail if I raise the flap?

If I was putting in some lawn (The first one didn't take last year and soil got washed away) would I be better off getting a tiller for my BX2200 or a box blade or a york rake with wheels>
