Re: BX2200 60

Problem Solved. I finally figured out what was causing all the noise in my mower deck!

Can you imagine that the middle and left blades were hitting on the ends of each other!!! That's right. The two blades were hitting each other. I always staggered the blades when I re-installed after each blade sharpening, however, I noticed that there is so much slippage in the belts that the blades ended up end to end.

I used my grinder and removed about a 1/16" metal on each end and have had no problems. This problem drove me crazy and glad it is solved!

Re: BX2200 60

Thats good news,I think that sometimes whether the belt slips a little or the blades are not tightened enough when replaced, the blades seem to find their "own spot".

If the blades are too long, they will hit one another,no matter where you position them.
