Just wanted to give a heads up to other BX24 owners, particularly those who had the modification done due to cracking operator deck/fenders. Today I went to put my deck on and couldn't get the right side pin to seat fully. I had to take the linkage off and straighten the end. If you leave the lock pin locked out and raise the linkage it interferes with the additional support they put on for the fender cracking problem. It then bends the end of the link and the holes don't line up any more. It would be easy to miss and I am not sure it hasn't been bent for a while. I don't see anyway to change the supports so it is a matter of making sure the pin is in before raising the links to the top position. I have had my deck on and off many times before this and was surprised to see this problem. Just trying to save someone else some trouble.

Take Care,
Doug in SW IA
