branson 3510
i have 2007 branson 3510 that wont start tractor was running then left it parked for a couple week went back to it and then it would not start started investigating the issue found that was not getting any fuel from the lift pump but had power to the pump so ordered the pump and installed it then and now i am getting good fuel flow all the way to the injection pump but not getting any fuel to the injectors break the bleed screw on top of the pump loose and have fuel pouring from it and no air break the screw loose in the back of the pump in the middle of all the lines and get mostly air and little spurts of fuel get the same thing at the injectors lines at the injectors have tried breaking all three injector lines loose and seeing if could bleed all the air out but after about an hour of trying this on and off to keep from overheating the starter never can get fuel to flow on the high side of the pump to the injectors have put fuel in the intake and the tractor will run like that need more idea if anyone can help.

There looks to be several diff. 3510's.. but they look like most run a VE style injection pump.??
There is an electric solenoid for shut-off & run on them, just above the inj/ lines where they connect on the pump..
CHECK the power to the solenoid. You should be able to here it click when engaged.. {slightly}

Do you have a wiring diagram?

If there is a fuel shut off solenoid, it could be one of two types.,

The first supplies fuel constantly and when power is applied to the solenoid, fuel flow is cut off for a few seconds to force the engione to stop. There will be an electronic timer to provide the shut down power for a few seconds even when the key is off.

The more likely style of solenoid is one with two internal coils. It will likely have 3 wires going to it. One a ground.

The internal coils are for pull in requiring more amps for a short time and then hold to keep the engine running.

I do NOT know your tractor so this info is generic. The pull in coil is energize3d with the key in START. The hold coil is energized with the key in ON.

Another two internal coil solenoid has an internal switch to shut off the pull in coil once the solenoid plunger has moved.

You need a basic tool such as a test light for about $10 to troubleshoot an electrical problem.

Post some photos of your injection pump.
