Best headphones - Bluetooth and walkie talkie?

I'm looking to get some headphones for hearing protection in the tractor that has BT support and preferably walkie-talkie (non commercial). Any suggestions?

I have gone thru most of the brands of hearing protection that were combined with something else.
They usually died a little out of warranty.
My solution has been a good pair of ear protectors and stuff a pair of "buds" inside.
