BE Implements Quality

I have been shopping around for a Landscape Rake, Back Blade, and a 3PH Pallet Fork. The local TSC store (Canadian) only sells BE Implements. I can't seem to find any information about their quality. Anyone have or use any BE Implements? Thanks Steve

I'm on Vancouver Island, Luremaker, and BE seems to be the brand out here as well. (Or it is with my dealer.) At least, that is, the Braber Equipment out of Abbotsford that puts their sticker on stuff from other manufacturers. I think they're just the middle man with a lot of this stuff.

I have a broadcast fertilizer spreader made by someone else with their label on it, and it's fine. Pretty much what you'll find anywhere else.

My post pounder has the BE sticker on it; I know for a fact it's an Ezee On 1400.

Rotary cutter and box blade both with BE stickers, both make by some outfit out of Ohio... Agri something or other International(?) - (Can anybody help me out here?) Stout pieces both, but not particularly well finished or pretty. They are tough and get the job done, though. The one issue I have is that water collects on the top of the cutter. Had to make some relief holes to deal with that.

I'd advise shopping hard and asking lots of questions.

I was not aware that TSC was in Canada. How many stores & where ?? Do they have a Cdn Website ?? Also, I'm not aware of BE Implements; would you elaborate further ?? Thanks

Thanks a lot! I have been searching google and could not find anything on BE. I'll be going to the Farm Equipment Show in Mississauga next month so I should be able to find lots of info at the show.

TSC - Canada has a web site - http://www.tscstores.com. They only have stores in Ontario. I understand that they were opened by TSC USA but later sold out to the Canadian Management and are now a totally seperate store chain based in London,

I went out and kicked the snow (what the...?) off the rotary cutter this afternoon. It's made by an outfit called International World Agritech Corp. Tried to Google it up without success. Anybody know any more?

World Agritech is in Bethel, OH US I think. As far as I can find, they have no web presence. They also have numerous business names at the same location.

I just got a BE-BBL5K Box blade. I traced it down to actually being a WorkSaver SBX-5. It is virtually identical to the KK 60 inch BB except it has only 4 scarifiers not 5 like the KK.
I spent a few hours learning to use it on my driveway and a neighbour's. It works great.
I think the biggest problem I'm going to have is no Top-n-Tilt for a while.

I've got a BX 24 and was also looking at the BE line up for a Box Scraper(Blade) and a set of disc harrows. I was looking at the 5' blade and wondering if it's too much for the BX.

denmansoft : Have you had any issues with your blade and just wondering what; if anything you dislike about it?

As I mentioned i just got the box blade. So far I have scraped and leveled about 3500 sq ft of packed gravel driveway. having more than the 4 scarifiers might be nice.
There are lots of posts indicate a 4 foot box blade might be more suitable for my B7610. So far the 5 foot seems quite workable for me. I can see where it might be a bit much for a smaller tractor. At 375 lbs its not a trivial load and traction could be an issue with a full load of dirt.
As far as the brand goes this is probably as well built as any in this size class.
