For anyone interested, it took me about an hour and a half to install.

Thanks for the advice on the "rivets" ! I suspect i'll be adding the rear worklights in the near future.
I got the rear worklight kit from Messick a week or so ago.
JJZ, Does the "kit" include everything; 2 lights, wiring, brackets, switch, etc? Thanks.
I did manage to do it without removing the entire headliner. Removed all fasteners from the door rearward. Also removed the screws and cover plate at the heat/AC controls. Was able to pull it down enough. Sitting in the seat, with the rear window open I could lean back enough to get to the pigtail taped to the ceiling from the factory. This pigtail goes to the switch provided with kit.JJZ, thanks for the info.
