Success!!!!!
Ran tractor and not a drop of hydraulic fluid spraying out.
Only question is this—
My three point hitch lever seems to want to glide back into the lower position. Is this normal (note that fender is still off so maybe the fender provides some resistance that helps it stay in the up position?)
This is incorrect, right? Any advice on fixing? I think I put all the washers back on correctly but did see that they were cupped. Maybe the cup needed to face a different way?

Not normal. Generally there is just a slot in the fender that the lever sticks through. No rubbing or friction. That likely means you didn't tighten the friction point enough or have the washers correctly. If the washers aren't flat, when tensioned, they will act like a spring increasing tension but not enough to lock things solid. I'd assume the inner diameter would be against the bolt head & outer diameter against the lever. That would give the best leverage & friction surface on the control arm.

Fallon—
Great post. The direction of the washers was exactly what needed changing!
thanks!
Repair done!
did a quick pressure wash of the tractor to knock of all the sludge and now just have to get the seat and fender back on.
Now that I have the leak issues fixed I’ll do the 200 hour maintenance later this week.
thanks again for all the help!

Thanks for keeping us posted on your project. Very interesting and at the same time painful to watch. I am very impressed that you don't have a number of parts left over -- no offense intended. This was a major teardown and it's easy to miss something when putting it all back together.

Nice job!

Blivy, very well done, and thanks for your detailed posts! 👏
Also congratulations on that new-to-you tractor! I'll bet you get many years of enjoyment from it without having to do anything further than regular maintenance. Well, maybe replace a loader hydraulic hose or two in ten years. But that's nothing compared to what you've just accomplished!

I bought my B2150 with 60 hrs on it in 1993. 28 years later, the only repair of note has been to replace the front U-joint! Kubota builds 'em right.

Thanks Ohio!
Yeah, I’m happy too. My first tractor tear down but in full disclosure I’ve had a lot of good practice on small motors. The biggest advantage I had though was that I just finished cleaning and organizing my shop before I took this on made all the difference.

Well—I may have celebrated a tad prematurely. Was putting on the fender and seat today and then found this one little piece underneath where I stored the seat.
I’m going back through my photos but can’t locate it yet.
anyone know where this plate goes?
