Can anyone explain the technical differences between these?

I understand that AW type oils have an anti-wear package, thus the name. Universal Tractor Fluid is designed for systems where the hydraulics and transmission share the same sump. Additionally, UTF are for wet clutch or powershift applications. Many of UTFs are Cat TO-2 rated. TO-4 is supposed to be an improved anti-wear package over the older TO-2 spec.

Following this logic, TO-4 type oil, for example Cevron Delo Torqueforce is superior. I know that it is not this simple. AW oil also costs more than TO-4 spec. Why would one purchase plain AW oil if TO-4 has better anti-wear properties? Reading the product descriptions on all of these products leads one to believe that they all do the same thing, ie. demulsify moisture, prevent wear, prevent rust and oxidization, flow in cold temperatures, etc.. Can anyone explain the differences beteen these fluids?
