I notice what appears to be a second position for throttle control on my Mahindra 3015 (30HP) and wondering if this was for an auto throttle control for the hydrostat? I've thought about trying to jury rig a cable(s) attached to the hydrostat pedal that would increase RPM as the pedal is depressed in either forward or reverse direction.

The fuel control lever is fairly stiff operating, even with the return spring unhooked, and I would be concerned that adding this resistance to the also somewhat stiff hydrostat pedal might be a bit much.

Anyone know if ATA was (or is) an option on this Mahindra model? MAHINDRA-FUEL-LINKAGE-1.JPG

You prolly could fab up a system as you ask. The hard thing is getting the ratio of pedal movement to the throttle movement correct. Both end's prolly wont be 1:1. Just like the kick down cable on an older automatic transmission car or truck. B.

My Branson came with what you describe. It works well in low and medium range but does not give enough throttle in high range. Which is fine with me as I hardly use high range.
