I am in the market for a set of new tracks for an rc100. I have got a few quotes so far DRB Aggressive tread $1475 ea on close out no warranty.

camo plast $1950 each

Also got a price from tracks-undercarraige.com $2060 each for OEM and $1625 each for DRB tracks that have a very similar pattern to OEM free shipping to a business. 1 year or 1000 hr warranty

Any one ran the DRB tracks? How long will they last. Is it worthe the extra $900 for OEM tracks? Mulching and a little dirt work is all I do, not driving on the road much etc.

Any updates would be appreciated thanks!

Call these guys. They have the best prices I have found. Small family owned company where service still matters. The tracks I got from them appear that they will out last all previous tracks that we have tried. Don't get confused by the home page. They have rubber tracks too.

Try Biar Products before i got rid of my cat 297 i put there aluminum rollers on my machine for what cat wanted for there cheap plastic ones and there tracks were way cheaper. They specialize in undercarriage products for asv an cat. Check them out http://www.bairproductsinc.com

I have run several sets of DRB aggressive treads on my SK120 asv undercarraige.

The traction is much better, but its too much grip for the drive sprocket/cage and track pegs to handle. I end up with either the track slipping or tearing the pegs out. This is due to the added traction i guess becuase the tracks are tight. I have over 5000hrs on this machine so i have been through several sets of tracks. The DRB dont last as long as the factory oem tracks, but they are cheaper.

I have ran two sets of DRBs and got around 700-800hrs and the OEM tracks i was avg 1000hrs with the occasional 1200 track. My next set will be oems.

I have used bair products larry lugs with good luck and there track tensioner, but i bought 3 roller assembly and all three had bearing failures within 100hrs. They warrenty them, but it gets old removing track on 3 different times.

this is just my two cents...hope it helps

Thats strange. We got the lowest hours on the OEM tracks. 900 hours before they broke, and Bobcat wants like $5,000 for a set!

We just have better luck with the oem ASV tracks and the oem takuechi tracks, as far as the other brands of machines, i cant comment on.

We used 4 different brands of tracks on the takeuchi before going back to oem. the pegs on the aftermarket ones were shorter and we started looking at actual weight of track to determine how it compares to oem, it was shocking to see how light some of the others were compared. Dont know exactly why they were lighter, but they defiantly didnt last as long....one set went only 300hrs. they warrentied them, but will not warranty the second set...only lasted a total of 750hrs on 4 tracks....that sucked.

I talked to the guy at tracks-undercarraige.com and he said that they had many problems with the aftermarket tracks for a whie, but DRB has since worked all the bugs out. I decided to order the DRB for $3250 a set shipped. They come with a 1 year or 1000 hour warranty. So I will just plan on buying a new set at 1000 hours. I will post my results.

That stinks to hear that about the Bair rollers. I have 3 on mine now also. One of them the seal started to come out on when I first pumped it up. They said run them for 40 hours and then regrease them. Then grease them again at 1600 hrs! I won't wait that long.

What tread pattern are you running? We have a 299C with the double block pattern. Have had good luck with it, just wanted to see if there was anything better. Thanks

The ones I ordered look almost just like OEM pattern. I attached a picture they sent me of it. The aggressive ones I spoke of earlier looked like the double block ones. I figured that I would get the OEM looking ones, and if I ever sell the machine it may look more appealing to buyers.
