Hi all, I believe the temperature plug on my 2004 Jinma 284LE with Y385 engine, went south on me last week. As soon as I start the tractor, the temperature gauge rises all the way to hot (sweeps all the way to right) within 30 seconds
, and this is on a 40 degree day, so no way it's that hot. I've cleaned the connection at the plug, but i did not remove the plug from the block. The radiator is full, and the pump is working, as I can see water moving in the radiator after the tractor warms up. Does anyone know of any cross reference plugs that will work that I can get at the local AutoZone or O'Reilly's?
If not, from what is viewable without having removed my plug, I believe I need what's called the 'new style' plug, as it appears to be what is currently in my tractor from the pictures I can find online. Can anyone confirm?

Thanks,
Ted
