Allis chalmers 190xt diesel block heater/pre heater

Hey all, I have a 190xt that I have been slowly working on. Can anyone tell me the location of the block heater? I have been told its a two bolt style plate but I cannot figure out where it would mount. I have been trying to figure out where it goes without any luck. I am also trying to replace the pre heater (intake air heater) with something newer. Can anyone tell me where to get one or a mod to replace the stock one? Pictures would be great. Thanks
