I have many flashlights that use 18650 rechargeable batteries. My chargers hold one or two batteries. Each flashlight holds one battery and the batteries will be in different states of discharge. If I put one battery in the charger that is about 50% charged and one that is about 10% charged, will the charger charge both batteries evenly or will one be charged more than the other when it cuts off?

That is a very good question, I wish I had some kind of an answer. The little charger that came with my new flashlight just charges one 18650 at a time.
