That bucket you made, did you make the x-change coupler too? Or make it from scratch?the one I welded up the bottom is 5 inch the top same as the machine width. the picture is on the older machine the grapple is defiantly wider, never put on on the e32 so no issues, with such a taper on width plus length it does not clog unless one totally fills the bucket and compresses it, dug all my irrigation lines for the yard, power and gas to my shop and a few larger 4 inch polly pipe I can push wires, coax and 1 inch water when needed to specific locations around the acreage
trencher would be faster problem I have the ground under the topsoil of 6 to 8 inches is gravel and large boulders, the trencher would stall out and we either move direction or dig the boulder out, the backhoe works way better, in these conditions
I just recently did a ripper tooth for stumping for my 334 (similar size to e32).
A ripper was $1600+. The adapter was only $400. So saving $1200, I had some 1" thick steel I made my own in half a day of shop time.
But had I needed to start from scratch, and make the adapter.....would have taken me a couple of days, i would have had to buy steel because my scraps I have up to 1/4"...then some 1"+ stuff. But nothing in between. And probably would have been a lot of cussing and grinding to get it to fit right
