After many calls in the last week and a half, my tractor showed up tonight at 9:00pm. The dealer has two guys out for medical reasons and was extremely buried with work. He hired a pool company to deliver the Cub. I needed the tractor for this weekend. They got lost coming from from VT. No easy way to my house from there. I just came in from playing with it. I hope the neighbors didn't mind too much. It is pretty quiet. Tomorrow will be a check it over day. The 72" mower deck looks pretty new except for sun fading. I can't wait to have some fun with this rig. I will need to make a trip up north to get my cab doors and manuals for it. In the rush they forgot to bring them down. This will give me a chance to see my old neighbors new house in VT. First thing tomorrow is to check out all the fluids and make sure the Cub is greased well. Now for a restless nights sleep.

Glad it finally arrived. Its got fittings on all the usual frontend spots, and I assume on the loader pivot points as well, (my Bush Hog loader does). I think you said the dealer was going to service it so I assume it has new filters throughout and ought to have fresh grease squeezing out as well. Let us know how your inspection turned out.

I didn't have much tme today to play with the Cub. My wife wanted a new floor in the kitchen. I was up at 6am and out grading the driveway at the farm we own next door to us by 6:30. How sweet it is to use a grader blade instead of a bucket for this type of work. I made mince meat out of the driveway in no time. All the fittings are greased and most of the filters look to be new. The air cleaner is new also. The fuel filter at the tank is not new. Also, the dealer did not load the tires as promised. I guess I will have to do it myself. I do need to rip that Sims cab off of it also. I can't stand it being there in the way. I have a truck for plowing in the winter. So I just may leave the cab off of it. I also need to run back up to the dealer for the cab doors and the manuals. I think in their haste they forgot to pack them. Or, he never had them to begin with.
