3Pt Position Control Lever on L4310

The 3Pt lift is stuck in the full up position regardless of lever position. Took a quick look and the lever seems to be attached to rod coming out of the top of the case in the rear.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Got it.
After I posted the question I was cooking dinner and thought about it for a moment and figured it must be the speed control knob for the 3Pt down speed.
Went out and sure enough that was it. I'll have to quiz my 2 kids about this one and how that knob got turned all the way to one end.

I was just going to suggest that. I learned that lesson within 5 minutes of my B7800 being delivered. My salesman was showing me what all the buttons and levers did, and the 3pt would not come back down. He finally made a quick call into the shop and they said to turn the knob for the down speed. Glad I learned that one right away!
