If someone were to take the three round plastic ' staples ' out of the FEL bottom plastic boot, it would allow them to slide this thing up and off. That would expose the two 12mm bolts holding the FEL cable mechanism onto the metal bracket that hold it in place. If you remove these two longer bolts, you can tilt the mechanism forward and take the bottom of the rubber dust boot loose, then slide this up. This partially exposes a 22mm nut that keeps the FEL control shaft from turning. If you return the FEL control to it's normal spot and temporarily loosely install one or both of the two long bolts, you can loosen this 22mm nut. This allows the FEL control rod to be rotated 180 degrees towards the back of the tractor. Tighten the 22mm nut, put the rubber boot back down, then put the rest of the stuff back where you found it. Now, loosen the nut under the FEL knob that is backwards now, rotate the knob to the correct position, then re-tighten nut. Remove the phillips screw holding the black 3pt handle in place, pull the handle up and off, rotate 180 degrees, then re-install screw. Now, the FEL control is not in the way if you try to enter or exit the cab on the right side, and should not hit on the fender or 3pt handle. The FEL control is right at your side in a handy position, right where it should have been in the first place.
Now, return everything the way it was from the factory so the Mahindra Police do not come for you.............. [[
