2006 GC 2310 TLB loader valve cover and quick connects

I need to change the o-rings on the nimco FEL control valve, but the quick connects for the lines are rusted froze so getting the plastic cover off in one piece is looking impossible. Any ideas?

You talking about that molded-plastic "cover"? I took my plastic cover off years ago. It's still off.

Keep spraying with penetrating oil. Use a wrench and wiggle them around until they loosen up. You want to be able to disconnect them. The o rings are so much easier to replace with the loader off. The plastic cover was a cosmetic feature they added. Early GC2300s did not have it.

easier maybe but is it impossible if loader not disconnected?

It can be done, just less room to access the bolts with the Allen keys.
