175 no fuel secondary filter

I have a MF175 Perkins. I am getting fuel to the secondary filter but none comes out. I had a new filter on it. I blew air through the line from the filter to the pump. I bought another filter (napa) and put on. I got it to prime and run for a few seconds. Now I don't have any fuel coming out of the line from the secondary filter again. I pulled the line from the pump. I cant get fuel to flow out. Any suggestions?

I figured it out. I was putting o-ring in filter instead of housing. It blocked the fuel. I installed it correctly on the primary filter.
