I'm sure it was; unless they use bare or painted fence in that part of the world. If we are talking about "Zinc Flu" I doubt they knew the difference. Maybe they rubbed it down with sand to remove it? Can't remember who posted it, but I know it was on TBN... the OP travel worked for oil companies around the world. I don't even remember what the thread was about, but that came up.

yep.. i do remember we had a guy here working over there.. etc..
guess it coulda been painted or plastic coated fence. or like you said.. they just didn't care..
