Does anyone know how to adjust the hand brake on a universal 640 d7. I can not see any way and the manual has been less than helpful

Hi. I have a landini 8880 and it has both a foot and a hand throttle. My problem is that there is no tension on the hand throttle so it is necessary to hold it down all the time otherwise it returns to idle. Any help is appreciated sam
