    XG3037

I have an XG3037 and have inadvertently turned it off during a regen a few times and it simply restarted the process after restarting it. No issues from prematurely stopping the regen process. You might try resetting the ECM by disconnecting the pos and neg cables, let it sit for 30 minutes...

xr3037 slow crank at 15 degrees

I installed a 12v port on the left side of the console on my XG3037 and plug a Battery Tender maintainer into this port when the temps get below 20 degree. It keeps the battery fully charged and slightly warmer. I will cycle the glow plugs twice and then start the engine. Works great.

    Frustrated

Just a thought.....get a list of the part numbers you are waiting on from the dealer, post it here, and let's see if the members of this group can find the parts and send to you. I'm happy to check with my dealer and the local NH dealer.

    XJ 2025H lock out switches

In addition to the seat safety switch, I believe there will be a safety switch on the brake pedal, a nuetral safety switch on the main gear shift, and a safety switch on the PTO switch. I know from my own experience the brake/clutch switch and the nuetral safety switch can require adjustment.

XR3037H RPM up and down after a few minutes of operation.

Several things to note: 1. If it is turning off before the regen process is completed, you may have an overload of soot. In that case, a full regen will most likely take more than 20 minutes. If it cannot complete a regen it will try again, after a few minutes or so, the next time you start the...

XR3037H RPM up and down after a few minutes of operation.

I know from personal experience that a hot engine will put the tractor in Limp Mode. I wonder if you have a faulty temp sensor that is causing the Limp Mode issue. If the sensor is faulty and continues to register high temps, it will eventually cause the engine to shut down. It's a safety...

XR3037H RPM up and down after a few minutes of operation.

You might try disconnecting the battery....negative first and then the positive. Wait a minute or so and the reconnect the battery....positive first and then the negative. This will allow the ECM to reset to the original settings. I read a post awhile back that this worked for someone else.

XR3037H RPM up and down after a few minutes of operation.

I am not convinced that running high rpms during the regen process has any impact on the process. The DPF system uses a burner, fueled by the tractor's diesel supply, to burn off the collected soot. I do not see how higher rpms can create enough heat that would significantly raise the temp of...

Can anyone identify what make and model this lawn tractor is? It has a 17 hp Vanguard engine, a 42 " deck, and is labeled as a Limited Edition. There is no ID plate or sticker on it. At first glance I thought it might be a Craftsman built by MTD. Any help would be appreciated.

3-Point Hitch Help removing a King Kutter rotary cutter

I would definitely recommend that you get a 3 pt quick hitch. It will make using 3 pt implements so much easier and eliminate the strain on your back. Harbor Freight carries them and you can usually get one on sale (or with a coupon) for $78-$89. As for the mower, I lower the mower on to...
