    Crankshaft alteration

Feeling better today I have an onan that needs to go from one machine to another. The problem is the good motor only has a short taper not straight shaft. the donor has a blown motor and spun bearings so crank swap wasn稚 possible So an attempt at a budget salvage

Sometimes I considered adding a grapple to my 3320 but then I get so much done with just a simple set of forks. Load for today, cleaning up a down Pine tree and taking it to the stump dump I am really only limited by my ability to see with this tractor LOL

Making the auto lift more small tractor friendly

Well here was today's project. The lifts I have can bumper or frame lift from ends but for small machines that is not ideal. I need to lift my atv's, small tractors and Argo 8x8. I had 4 10' pieces of angle that I had salvaged. These are 6"x4"x3/8". Weight is 125lbs a piece. This is how the...

    Allis b12 tune up

Well the allis b12 now a 16hp. These are the same as your simplicity 2012. It needs some love. Up for repair is the steering shaft\gear (1/2 turn of slop) tiller adjustment. The big tires sit too high so the tiller doesn't dig enough. If I lengthen the lift rod to the max it won't lift clear...

3320 and the 448 hard at work

Well I started on the 400 ft rock wall I need to build. I got this old rock sled to help with the big stuff. Sadly the rocks are too much for the allis so out came the Deere A handy way to back the sled into position I had thought of getting a thumb for the hoe. I'm glad I never did. This...

Needed a helping hand or chain

started rebuilding the berm behind the pistol range. Was using the deere to grab some extra soil to pile on. Found some soft dirt and got high centered. I could have beat it out using the loader/backhoe but it was more fun to just go get the crawler. I didn't even have to bring it above idle...

Jd 3320 and caroni tm1900 73" flail review

Plenty of power, no bogging in wet 3-4 ft hay/grass. I was concerned from a pto hp vs width of cutter but no issues. I also added the caroni shift kit. The kit is great but don't expect directions on how to mount, where to drill the 8 or so holes. Only hiccup thus far is a broken hydraulic...

Old big red..blast from the past

Well here is the Big and the Bad. I just got a 84 big red for around the house stuff. High/Low/Reverse. Dry weight is 375lbs and tow capacity is 700lbs. I am sort of a sucker for 3 wheelers. It isnt as clean as the 250r (that has been strippped and powercoated etc) but it should be a lot of fun.

    my favorite numbers, 3, 2, 0

well I have been looking for a diesel garden tractor to mow with, as my new 3320, is a bit of overkill. Hoe, hoe, hoe

Well the tractor is back, new 448 installed. I was worried the hoe would be too big for the machine..but it is just perfect. Also had the mid pto installed, and rear SCV. yet another 448 question

so I'm about to take the plunge on a 448 hoe (maybe even tomorrow.) This will be going on a 3320. 3320 pricing

well I'm enjoying the pursuit of a new tractor. I own a b7100 with FEL that has been bulletproof for years.
