Yeah it is kind of hard to stomach a 20K mower even it will last for 25 years when not used by a mowing company.

I think the external has a capacity advantage and easier to work on obviously but would a tractor having internal hydraulic lift cylinders dissuade anyone from buying a tractor?

That kukje engine. Probably a lot of them will have that issue but you will not hear about it because there aren't many dealers in the US.

I was priced 36K for a Massey 1759 with loader. Compared to say an LS with 55 HP, the Massey is about 8K higher. Anybody have a good reason why there would be so much difference? The dealer said the 1700 is more of a premium tractor but I don't see anything on it that really is any better...

Have you guys priced this new tractor yet? I am hearing 38K including tax to order one. Maybe I am mistaken but Massey seems to be priced awfully high. Maybe not compared to a Deere or Kubota for something close. A 1754 is about 2K less.
