Can anyone tell me where the parking brake safety switch is on this tractor?

Voltage is not getting to my PTO switch. I've pretty much eliminated everything else and am quite sure the brake safety switch is bad. I'm not physically able to get to the switch due a recent injury. I should be able to wire a jumper directly to the battery to get the mower deck to run, right?
