I just got new chains and binders for my 18 foot 10k equipment hauler. I mistakenly ordered 5/16 chains but 3/8 binders. The hook on the binder grabs the chain well but has anyone had any issues with this?

I have just been given a deere 3020 TLB that is missing some of the steering linkage.. i'm guessing there are 2 cylinders that move the knuckles, but can i get a picture of the linkage, to see what im missing... the TLB didnt run when i got it, it does now.. its a 2wd diesel if it matters...

About how long does it take to attach and remove a subframe mounted backhoe from the tractor. I'm looking at a zetor C47l with loader and backhoe. Its got 410 hours and they are asking 16500. do you have to remove the large attaching bracket to use the 3 point hitch.
