This is driving me crazy. Some days my tractor works just fine. Other days, the throttle will NOT stay where I put it. It creeps down below 2000 rpm. If it was always one way or the other, I'd be fine with it. Is there something else going on, or should I just open up that wrap around...

Was running the tractor, and noticed a "trail" of liquid on the ground. Turned out it was coming from the breather. Took it to the barn immediately, and after it cooled, I checked fluids; all normal except the crankcase, which showed well over full. I haven't drained it yet to get a good whiff...

I have a TC-40D, which I added a Rhino FEL to. It does NOT have a rear remote, darnit. I want to build a 3pt log splitter with its own control valve and plug it into the hydraulics somehow. Is my only option to add the (now pricey) rear remote, or is there a way I can plug into the FEL quick...

Got an auction coming up where they have 26 of these (model 766) for auction. I've seen them advertised from $3500-4000. Anybody got an opinion/experience with these things? Might pick one up at less than $2000. thanks!

This has been asked before, but not answered as far as I can tell. My TC-40D calls for NH-410B fluid. I am looking for alternatives. It looks like the Ford standard M2C 134D is the same stuff, as the NH oil is Ambra Multigrade 134. Amsoil tells me that their ATH meets the M2C 134D specs, but...

I picked up a TC-40D at an auction for a very decent price. Only problem is no loader. Currently looking at NH 16LA, Rhino 2408TL, or maybe a Bush Hog 246M. Any comments, suggestions, or ideas? appreciate any help!
