Battery based electric vehicles of today and tomorrow.

There is still a gear reduction box, but it doesn’t waste near the power that a transmission does. Electric vehicle’s entire drivetrain: (V8 off to the side for comparison) And here’s the fuel tank:

Automakers redesign their drivetrain constantly. The real savings would come from smaller, less complex drivetrains. For us, the savings would come from them being lighter, more energy dense, and fewer moving parts.

My first LockNLube lasted three years. I go thru a tube- tube and a half every day I work. Just updated to a new DeWalt 20v a few weeks ago and went with the LockNLube XL, it gets into track frames better. On the spring back on the lock lever, try soaking it in carb cleaner and then blow it...

    Gravel pad/drive build

Depends on what’s underneath. If you have a thick layer of black dirt, or a mixed clay soil, I would go a minimum of 4” thick. 2” of rock that drains well, then 2” of crushed gravel on top of that. If you a sandy soil that drains quickly, you can get by with putting 2” of gravel over it after...

Canoo and Neuron, so far. Canoo is pretty basic, and it is a smaller vehicle. 6&1/2’ wide by 15’ long. The Neuron T One has a cab that was inspired by the Starship Enterprise. I put in for a Canoo truck. Hopefully it makes it into production. It fits what I need. I drive 100 miles round trip...

Auto Owners will fight, scratch, kick, and scream about claims. If you have a second one, you get the ‘watch your ass, we’re gonna drop you’ threatening letter. They’re cheap, but not so fun to deal with. Btw, my claims were 3 years apart, and both were under $2,000.
