Put at least 2 filters inline. A 20 or 30 micro. With a water trap. And finish with a 2 micron going into your equipment. One tank I have 5 filters on. A starter, 30 micron and then 2 - 20 microns & 2 - 2 microns in parallel. Add a lubricity additive and a big killer to every fill

For no more than I use it - about 7 days out of 10. But it may be for a few minutes or all day. - I can get buy with leaving many thousands of dollars in my pocket

Not to mention the costs added to a new purchase and all the ensuing issues related strictly to the emissions systems. I don't know anybody that runs diesel equipment that has not had a problem.

When I was running B-11, Power Service tech said to double dose. I'm guessing that ratio would hold true for lower percentages

I've heard steam cleaning works. Brake Clean and alcohol/ethanol seem to help also. Not a fast process

European fuel is better than we get in the states. I would guess your Ausy fuel is also better than ours.

A good sized local truck stop, that's particular about their fuel got a bad load or 2 in. I don't remember what happened, if bio was added instead of antigel or what, but there was gelled up trucks all over the place. It cost them a lot of business and it wasn't even their fault.

I always used to add straight gas - no alcohol 1-500 ratio. But that was before we had a CP4 injection pump on the Ford. Gasoline is a natural biocide

I have both Milwaukee and DeWalt. I got the adapters so I can use the DeWalt batteries on the Milwaukee tools. I don't have enough Milwaukee chargers. Don't use my tools like I used to. So it's not worth investing a lot in tools right now.
