Can my 80hp track steer handle an 88" bucket?

Thanks for the comments. Very helpful. I will get the 88" with the teeth. I can remove them for snow plowing. I will also get the Bobcat upgrade to severe duty that adds about 80lbs of reinforcement. My 4n1 is about 17 cubic feet and the Bobcat bucket is over 24 cubic feet which should save some...

Can my 80hp track steer handle an 88" bucket?

I am considering buying a new bucket for my ASV SR80. I Bobcat has different sizes, and my goal is to dig up some fill and make a road (and also for snow removal in the winter). The 88" has the most cubic feet (24), but I'm wondering if I can handle that with my machine. In addition there is the...

Flail Mower flail or rotary rough cut?

One interesting attribute of my Bobcat/Seppi mower is that it spins counterclockwise. When it encounters a rock there is little drama, compared to a rotary chopper, only a rumble as the rock is thrown forward through the rubber skirt. No damage, even the edge on the hammers are not affected. The...

How do you store your attachments

It is good to keep attachments inside, but some are less vulnerable. My rubber track machine is always undercover, not because of the rain so much but because of the sun. My new flail is also inside. If anything needs to sit out it is on stone with no covering, like my 4n1 bucket. jmf
