I have a tractor, a skid steer, and a forklift. It takes all 3 to have the best tool for the job. In my option aka experience, a tractor with PTO and 45-50 hp is the closest you will come to one machine that does it all for a small place.

Just letting everybody know filling to the top of the fill neck allowed me to prime and run long enough to get back across the creek, across the field, and raise the arms for easier access up at the barn where the tools are (y)

Over my lifetime I have lost many fuel caps and tools setting them on the tractor tire and forgetting about it....:confused:

Thanks for your reply and the heads up. I ordered an new pick up kit ($25) on Amazon which includes the elbow, gromet, tube, and filter. Going down to see if my theory is correct about it running off of the fuel in the fill tube above the tank. At least long enough to get back to the barn...

The 773 stopped while mowing. It acted like it ran out of fuel but the gauge read 1/2 full. I put in 5 gallons and the fuel spilled out the fill. So no, it did not run out of fuel... You tube suggests the problem is a broken pick up tube in the tank. That's where I will be concentrating my...

I think the need for a 'real' ID was the result of states giving drivers licenses to undocumented people. The result was the diminished value of a simple drivers license as true identification. I had to get a real ID years ago and I'm glad I did. My wife did not and how she faces the same...

The car has a range of 300 plus miles. I charge at home and have no need to go further in this car (I have other gas and diesel cars if needed) ...THe EV works for all my local needs. It's cheaper to run than gas. Is that what you are asking?

The rake is more of a grooming tool and the landplane is more of a gading tool. I use the LP to cut the washboard off the dirt road and smooth it out again. You can do this with a grader box by changing the angle to cut then smooth the surface. You really need a top hydraulic function on the box...

No doubt demand will dictate where these charge stations are located. Here in So Cal they are everywhere. But we charge at home, it costs half what the charge stations cost and the 300 mile range does all our local errands.

I was mowing with the big Terex 640 tractor close to the creek edge. I wanted to see just how close to the 2 ft drop off edge my front tire was on a sweeping curve. So I stopped and foolishly jumped off the off side closest to the creek and my dam T shirt slipped over the loader lever instantly...
