    LOST POWER STEERING, KUBOTA L-3130DST.

Problem is resolved. There was air in power steering cylinder. I heard it ”fart” while turning wheel (while axle in air), with engine off. Took tractor down my driveway about a 40 foot drop in 170 feet. During this drive noted power steering being slightly improved. Raised front axle...

    LOST POWER STEERING, KUBOTA L-3130DST.

Looking for advice as how to proceed, steering loss was after repairs to front axle. Had leak(s) at front axle, left side was seal at “knuckle.” Right side replaced: knuckle seal, final drive outer bearing and seal. Job went well, even for my experience level; no stranger to busted...

    Grapple became unattached.

Installed shims provided by EA. They where laser cut and required trimming and grinding to allow for welds already on grapple, expected. I drilled and counter sunk grade 8 bolts tapping grapple frame. Over all I am pleased with results, however there is still a gap at plate, right side is...

    Grapple became unattached.

Thinking of installing shims by drilling, countersinking shim and tapping grapple to fit and test…if this solves problem I will have welded. Thinking of a hardened, socket drive, flat head machine screw, 1/4-20. Does this seem reasonable? Thanks for all the response and suggestions. This...

    Grapple became unattached.

Smoke with manufacture and they are sending a shims for bottom of QA. It will be up to me to weld…they did credit my card $ to allow for me to hire a welder. All in all not unreasonable. I expect this will resolve my problems. Grapple is a EA Wicked 60 inch Root Grapple.

    Grapple became unattached.

Appreciate these comments and pictures. I did not understand what was at play, now I do...wish I could weld. Manufacture will be getting back to me soon.

    Grapple became unattached.

Good morning. I believe nothing is bent. Removed grapple and installed pallet forks and bucket. Both work like always. When latching levers there is no resistance. Spring tension should hold levers there is none. That being said levers did not open when grapple comes loose. Was back...

    Grapple became unattached.

New grapple became loose and fell off loader. Result is scraped up hose and grave concern. This is noticed when grapple is full open, against mechanical stops, and raking backwards. Cam over levers are not as tight as on my other attachments. With levers completely closed this is a small...

Looking for a review on HomeStead snow plow.

I have a Kubota L3130 with quick detach loader. Wanting a snow plow, already have a third function hydraulic valve (Summit). Considering a 7 foot Home Stead plow… THERE IS NO BETTER PLACE THAN THIS TO ASK! This is for private use, my drive is 600 feet winding through woods and up hill...

    I am a Kubota convert.

I have a JD 790 with FEL. Just ordered a new L3130 with 723 QA loader and Woods 48 inch Pallet Loader. Tractor has R-4 tires, in searching some of these previous posts I read that there is (was?) a lag problem with these...is it still present or has this been addressed by factory. What are...

NEED TO UPGRADE 790, NEED ADVICE.

I have a 790 with loader, this is the 30 hp version not the new 28?hp. Anyway, I made simple yet very effective pallet forks that slide into 1-1/4 inch pipe welded on top of bucket. These forks are very effective and I cannot imagine any other bucket mount forks working better. Problem...
