Where can I buy rebuild kits and or hydraulic cylinder seals and parts for my T5C?

I have a 1999 T5C that works great, but recently when moving dirt and rocks I noticed the bucket would roll forward and empty out without me moving the lever. I checked this with nothing in the bucket and it still rolls forward. Any ideas.

Hello, I just purchased a David Bradley 917.575121 with a Wisconsin ACN engine. The tractor has 3 belts which I would like to replace at sometime. the belts are 530H, 529H and 7843MI per the manual. Can anyone tell me what size belts I need to replace these belts?? Thanks
