Solved the problem. Thank you! Not sure but it seems the polarity is reversed (multitester showing a negative voltage with black wire on the ground pin (top pin) and red wire on the center pin. The bottom pin (#4 in the diagram at the link above) seems to be not connected.

I have a 2-prong bale fork and was wondering if I can use it (in a pinch) to move pallets. Buying a separate pallet fork for said purpose doesn't make sense, given the infrequent need, but my hay fork is used quite often. Thank you.

The entire push to electric is just NUTS. FOOLISHNESS. Farms don't run on margins big enough to support this garbage, unless they're in a market where they can pass the costs to the consumer.

I was quoted about $850 for a printed service manual for a 2023 Workmaster 120, today, by my dealer. Anyone know if a better price is available for a genuine New Holland service manual for this tractor? $850 seems excessive. And out of print, too!

I think a friend had a 5 year old Deere in the 75hp range and was asking $68k for it. Seems tractors are holding value quite well...but it makes it tough to buy used when a new one is available with full warranty and at not much more cost.

See if hitting or holding down the MENU key gets you somewhere, then using the arrow keys to scroll through or using the volume knob (I think it also can be pushed in to confirm settings). Hope I will have mine back by Friday evening. I'll help further if I get it back, we have the same radio.

Yup, absolutely would have considered the PowerStar if I spent more time out in the fields and if I were a more tractor experienced. My WM120 is my first tractor purchase, just been at the farming biz for several years now and think I'm too "new" to buy a luxury tractor without feeling guilty...

Yeah, it is a good idea nowadays. I have a very small farm but carry when I'm out. Too disabled to fight or run, these days. Too many issues with animals out and about...and the 2-footed type of animals aren't always on the up and up.

Nice machine! I was looking at one of these...ended up going with the Workmaster 120 instead. I figure some day down the road when I have a bit more gray in my hair and NEED some of the features on that PowerStar, I'll reconsider. They sure are beautiful machines and that cab is awesome. Enjoy!!

On followup, tractor is back at dealer for the code. They found a loose connection at the fuel filter. Tightened it but there was still a small leak, so they ordered a new gasket. Hopefully will fix the issue. Not sure how a tractor with 7 hours on the clock has this happen, but I guess...

Well, fixed the rear window latch issue on a brand new New Holland Workmaster 120, but earlier this month started having a Code 3999 show up when I start the tractor. I cleared it by multiple restarts the first time. Could not clear it when using the tractor last night. So, a brand new New...

So in followup... I ended up cutting and putting the necessary bolt holes in a shim the same size and approximately same thickness as the metal piece beneath the latch receiver mounted on the tractor frame. That is sufficient to take care of the latch close problem. Shouldn't have to do that...

Got a particular style you prefer? These aren't cheap...some on Amazon don't look much differently constructed than their wooden counterparts.

Thanks paulsharvey and Hay Dude. I store my round bales on pallets...so sure...I'll throw a piece of plywood on top and put the bale on top of that (nails/screws coming out in hay = terrifying). I pull the netting entirely off the bales I feed...yes, bad way for an animal to die.

New Holland wouldn't let me purchase without insurance, first. Surprised you were able to finance without insurance. I didn't have to buy their insurance but did have to provide proof of insurance with the other financing documents.

On my new Workmaster, noticed the rear window does not latch closed. Is there a known issue? It'll latch to the cracked open position, but not closed. The tooth on the latch isn't long enough to properly seat in the latch mechanism below the window. Wondering if a space wasn't installed, etc...
