How to reset chain brake on 395xp? Found one video on u tube but enough info to make tool. Made tool but could not get it to set. The new models are different.

Runs fine for 10-15minutes, sputters and looses power. Shut it down, let site for 10-15 mins. start, runs, repeat. New electric transfer pump, new inline filters. Coolant flow seems to be fine. 2500 hrs. Thoughts?

JD replaced mfwd front axles when customers complained about tire scuffing if equiped with turf tires. Under what program was this? This was on early models. I understand at a certain serial # the 4400 series was changed to the new style.

Has anyone installed these? Instructions say to do away with the 3rd spool control lever. Is there room for three handles on fender? Would 4410 3rd spool direct mount lever fit? I don't want to loose the 3rd spool functoin,but need the 4th $ 5th at the same time. .
