Don’t know if it’s ‘normal’ but I can tell you mine is worthless in high. When I have the backhoe on it will barely move. I only use high when traveling fast on flats. I usually stick to medium in most cases.

I’m going to scan the entire manual later. It’d be impossible to get it on without this thing.
