Birds in the Barn

I might be jinxing myself but I haven't seen the little bird that was building in a few days. It moved production to the other side of the barn after I cleaned out the first attempt. I keep meaning to clean that mess out but then I would have to carry the ladder across the barn.

I’ve used a paintball gun on geese that occasionally visit my yard. That’s fun.

Update: After putting the first owl in the rafters and removing the nest again the little bird moved it's nest up under my car I have parked in the barn. Hopefully all it's young have hatched out. I was in Walmart the other day and they had some cheap stationary owls so I bought one of those and set it on the ground behind the car. I have a wyzecam in the barn and it has been being set off by the little birds chirps. Two days since I put the second owl in and so far no chirp recordings.

All my carports are open. Bird poop isn't that big a problem. I used a plastic owl for a month or so. To keep magpies away from dog food. I knew it wasn't working when I saw one magpie roosting atop the fake owl.

Mr Morgan? I'm pretty sure MG, as in the british sports car, stands for Morgan Garage.

Morgans have/had wooden frames.

MG was Morris Garage started about 1920 Morgan started in 1910 or so

I read birds have been around since dinosaurs. So, they must be pretty smart.
