The hoses look good visually, if you have tried to cycle the bucket repeatedly and are not getting it to move,
it's time to get a little messy, loosen or remove both of the long hoses on the rod end of the cylinder, activate your bucket
roll back lever and see if you get air or oil out of the hoses ( put both hoses in a bucket and tie them as they can jump out or
hold them in the bucket while some one else activates the lever), this can make quite a mess sometimes.
If your lines are air bound you may be having trouble getting the load checks to clear.

I've tried cycling the joystick...left, right, up, down. FEL moves up & down perfectly, but bucket won't roll. The long hoses control the bucket rolling back from where it is?

Is there quick dis-connects on the valve itself?...if there is re-seat the curl function hoses...air will get trapped at the QD's...

No QD's on what I think is the "valve".

Try cycling the stick several times before starting the tractor...then try increasing the RPMs a little...and cycle it some more...

Yes, you can try disconnecting the hoses at the cylinders place them and hold them in a bucket,
then with your tractor running try to roll the bucket back, you should get oil under pressure out both
hoses with the joystick operated.
The quick connects /pine is referring too would be where you would disconnect your hydraulics to remove your loader from the tractor.

Did this. Before starting tractor I cycled joystick up, down, left, right 12-15 times. Then I started the tractor and tried curling bucket...nada. Ran RPM's up to around 2K and did same...nothing.

before cracking the lines...you might try lifting the boom and manually curling the bucket to see if it might push a cavitation pocket full of fluid...may take a few attempts (might save a mess)...
Good Luck...

Entirely different thought...
...just curious...how long had the new hoses been sitting around?...I too am in N GA and if I leave a hose sitting around for more than a day or two...the mud dobbers will have already filled the ends with mud blocking the hose...

Fair point...mud dobbers can make a mess. These hoses are brand new...just made last week. And I dont think they were outside at all. Thanks.

PS...I will admit that I never tested the hoses to be certain they werent blocked with something, so I cannot rule out something like this.
