Yippee! Arrived this afternoon. Just in time to unpack but unfortunately off to the airport so no assembly and try out until Friday. :cool2:

Looks great though... nicely secured on pallet that I will put to future use. :D

Well I'm home and installed the QA and forks! Works great and first job completed.

Already had my bucket off/on a couple times. Loving the adjustable forks too. Glad I didn't go fixed. So dang easy... and why I waited so long is a mystery.

Interesting that your main rack does not have the headache bar above the top of the forks. I wonder why? Look at mine in the pic I uploaded earlier.

I'm about to pull the trigger on the TACH-N-GO, fixed forks that I can also use on the 3PH, and a ripper tooth.

Yes went back and looked, interesting... I'm guessing Jery took some weight out which should be a good thing for the BX. I was kind of surprised at the smallish size when installing but the stiffness to weight ratio seemed impressive based on playing with it this afternoon and jerking loads a bit.

The bar above makes the rack "tippy" when setting in the floor. I take my forks off, set them aside, then set the rack next to the forks. The rough 14" x 36" floor space it takes up instead of leaving the forks on, is great.
The rack actually is heavy to the "front", and when standing on the floor, I make sure to face it the right way so if it tips, it won't put a dent in the truck parked next to it.
I may call Jery for his okay to cut the bar off.

There should absolutely be no reason you couldn't hack off the headache bar just above the upper cross member. But maybe your payload warrant a higher back support? I'm thinking I would strap whatever down if I was concerned about leaning against it. For block and other heavy objects that I might typically move, the lift limitation of the BX will be met before the height of the rack.

I'm purchasing his TACH-N-GO, fixed forks, and ripper tooth.
