NH T1510 flow control?

Can someone please tell me what the "flow control" is for on my "new to me" NH T1510. I can find nothing in the user manual except that it's there. Thanks and regards, Woody

Do you mean the round nob with the bunny rabbit on it? I think it is just below the seat. It s to speed up the loader . I don't seem to notice any speed difference

It is not a flow control used to vary the hydraulic flow to the hitch or any other functions. it is a drop rate control used to lessen or maximize the lowering rate of the 3 point hitch. It can also be used to lock the hitch in a raised or partially raised position.

Turn the valve fully clockwise.

Thank you for the info. Now another question, why would I want to do that. I'm carrying a tiller to offset the weight of the FEL and it stays up even if I don't set it down when I park. Is it somehow easier on the system. I'm used to my 1951 8N that will leak down even as I watch with something weighing that much attached to the 3 point after I shut down. Yeah I know it shouldn't but it's, after all, older than my wife. Again, thanks and best regards, Woody
