Kubota B3200 w/ BH77 & 12", 18" & 24" buckets, Kubota B50 SSQA w/ 54" & 60" buckets, LandPride FDR1660, Artillian Fork frame, Extreme 3pt rake, Concrete Mixer, MyTractorTools grapple adapter
I recently picked up a B3200 with the 60" bucket - and one of the options I ordered from the dealer - was a toothbar. So when I go to pickup the tractor - they tell me that the toothbar doesn't fit because Kubota has changed something with the cutting edges on the bucket. The whole thing frankly was a bit of a mess - so I never did get to have them actually demonstrate why the toothbar doesn't fit (which have given me some insight into what the technical issues were and I might have been able to think out a fix).

In any case - has anybody here put a toothbar on their Kubota B3200 with the 60" bucket - and had it fit properly?

It's been a couple of weeks now - and I haven't heard a resolution yet from the dealer - and I sort of need the thing to get some of my work done.

If they can't figure this out - I may just ask for a refund of the money - and pursue the toothbar myself.

We have several BXpanded Piranha Tooth Bars on the B3200s. Take a look here BXpanded Piranha Tooth Bar
Just shoot us an email at contact@bxpanded.com

Thanks - that might be an additional option for me. I would still like to get a 'traditional' toothbar to go on the tractor (I like the extended teeth for picking up rocks and so forth) - but the Piranha toothbar might work better for me for some topsoil stripping I need to do.

Your site appears to list a bar for a BX 4ft bucket - what would be the price for a Piranha that would fit the B3200 60" bucket?

Here is a link to WRLong. I have had two of their tooth bars, and have had good service.

Thanks - I will look into that. One of their tooth bars looks very similar to the one I have on my BX, and it seemed to work very well.

I'm also considering just building my own - I'm using that as an excuse to spend the money on a bigger welder.

Thanks Ted.

I need to get my dealer to either give me a toothbar - or a refund. Once I have that in hand - you will likely be getting a call from me.

i3gPictures 357.jpgi3gPictures 410.jpgYes, I got one from E-bay at a good price and fit very well, custom made, heavy duty, just had to drill 2 3/4 holes on side of bucket to attach

It's been very hectic the last couple of days and I haven't been able to call the dealer and find out what is up with the toothbar. But I may end up cancelling the order and go with a different idea: I may just get another bucket and weld teeth directly to the bucket. I'll leave one bucket as the one without teeth (60") -and make the other bucket the "digging" bucket (54") - by welding on teeth and maybe some AR-400 rub strips. The bucket is cheaper than the toothbar - although it will end up costing a little more than the toothbar once I pay for teeth. It's also an easier swap - I have the QA on the FEL - so swapping buckets takes less time than bolting and unbolting the toothbar from the FEL bucket.
